Matchaflix

At the end of 2021 we started working with Matchaflix. It all started with a meeting between David and Jorge in the old Matchaflix office in Vallecas. David showed him his business plan nd Jorge quickly confirmed in one of our SEO tools that "buy matcha tea" was very popular.

And that was the beginning of our adventure with our favorite client. Since then we have not stopped accompanying him in this amazing world of sales and marketing, supporting him in all areas: from strategy and consulting to the definition of its branding, customer service, sales on Amazon or advertising on all digital channels.

First strategic steps

We carefully designed the matchaflix.com website so that the digital asset ultimately responsible (BOFU) for conversion was engaging and cool. To this day we flip out at the agility and versatility with which we work with both teams at Shopify.

Once the new website was implemented and operational, it was proposed to eliminate the amount of shipping costs in the PVP of the product. Impulsa3's creative department focused it with the claim: Matchacamos los gastos de envío (We crush the shipping costs)

At the same time we worked on the branding of the brand and did several shootings to update and improve the product photos. Our focus was to grow fast and on a solid foundation.

Corporate identity manual

David was happy with his logo so we respected his visual identity. But we helped him by vectorizing it and advised him to choose a color palette that reflected his personality. We also chose typographies, created 100% customized icons and defined communication styles that were reflected in a brandbook.

Product photos

Matchaflix's product catalog is constantly growing and changing. At first they had started their online store with homemade photos (even taken with a mobile phone) and we promise you that they still sold their products, but they needed a more professional touch and that's where we came in.

Packaging design

We meticulously designed and customized every label, every package, every box, every bag, every sticker and every brand detail. It was a huge but very satisfying project!

Amazon

SEO, store creation and A+ content

We squeezed Helium10 to ensure we implemented the best pricing and product strategy on Amazon. Obviously without missing a bit of ADS to penetrate certain markets.

The second keyword research was done on Amazon and we started working to quickly distribute Matchaflix products on Amazon FBA.

That's why we've been going round and round, constantly testing and fine-tuning the channels that work best: from Google Ads to TikTok Ads, without forgetting the creative touch of Pinterest Ads and, of course, getting right into the world of META.

Customer service

At Impulsa3 we know all too well that an increase in sales is accompanied by more problems: more orders, more possibility of error in the preparation of orders, more logistical errors, more refunds...

In mid 2023, we knew that the time had come to strengthen Matchaflix's ATC area to guarantee the buyer's shopping experience and strengthen each customer's loyalty.

We designed an ATC procedures manual whose processes were supported and covered with the integration of a software in Matchaflix's digital ecosystem. We integrated it with Shopify and... voila!

We reworked the integration with SMTP servers, also the order incident forms and implemented WhatsApp Business. This way we make the Matchaflix customer happier if he/she has an issue.
