These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with common Spanish law. For any matters that may arise regarding the interpretation, compliance, rescission or termination of the General Terms, the Parties submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of the registered office of the website Controller. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in accordance with Spanish law, for any matters that may arise in relation to these General Terms, the courts and tribunals of the applicable domicile shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with Article 52 of the Civil Procedure Act or any substitute regulation applicable at any given time.
