Jorge Nevado
CEO / Founder
Jorge is the brain behind this agency. From a very young age, he was already immersed in the world of programming and sales, creating and challenging the rules. He has always been a rebel with a cause, and that unbreakable spark led him to found our agency Impulsa3 and not stop working even on weekends and vacations.
If anything defines him, it is his passion and determination without limits. He enjoys teaching, sharing achievements and taking care of each and every member of Impulsa3.
Ana Aramendía
Account Manager / Project Management
Ana was part of the birth and expansion of Impulsa3. Although she and Mondays don't get along very well, she is always ready to make a good joke or contribute something to brighten up the atmosphere.
She is specialized in project management, business development, demand control for each of our clients and team planning, and ensuring that Impulsa3 complies with the RAE thanks to her profile as a senior Copywriter.
Nuria Arroyo
Creative Manager
She leads the design department as Creative Director. Jorge always boasts that he has worked at Salvador Bachiller, and it is true that wherever there was an image, she was there, but little is said about her talent for creating funny memes :-).
Now seriously: she is responsible for the Creative and Design Department at Impulsa3 and manages everything that has relation with branding and corporate audiovisual identity. She loves what she does and she transmits it in all her work.
Javier Hernández
Responsable de Desarrollo / Experto en UX/UI
If you are looking for someone who turns code into art, Javi is your man. He is an expert of user interfaces. Passionate about videogames and frontend technologies (ask him about Angular and get ready for an exciting conversation), he always brings a touch of creativity and design to his projects.
In his free time, you'll probably find him recording his band's next album.

Miguel is the CTO of this digital family. Although he takes his job very seriously and has a voice that sounds like it comes from the bottom of a cave, he is actually really good person. He loves to read all the technology books in English that fall into his hands.
He is a Telecommunications Engineer and he is responsible for ensuring the Architecture of all Software Development projects that we implement and deploy in Impulsa3.

Marketplace Specialist
He has a 360º view of a digital marketing agency's operations and specializes in Amazon and Miravia. He usually handles everything related to web support, WooCommerce, Shopify, and much more. In his hands, any marketplace becomes a temple.
He’ll always have a joke ready and a quip to make you laugh. Oh, and his middle name is René. How do you feel about that?

Adriana is pure creativity with an alternative touch. Obviously, she loves design, and she is crazy about alternative rock and nu metal.
She always has a smile and a humor that is contagious. At the end of the day, she tells jokes with side effects. Who wouldn't want her as a teammate?
