IAT (International Aviation Training) is an aviation training school based in Madrid, Spain, specializing in the preparation of both commercial pilots and cabin crew (TCPs). From our agency, we supported IAT in reactivating their digital channel through advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) aimed at generating qualified leads. At the same time, we carried out essential SEO adjustments to recover the organic positioning that had declined in recent months, thereby strengthening their visibility on key search engines.

What did we face?
One of the main challenges we faced recently was the significant drop in lead volume, a direct consequence of advertising inactivity and the lack of a clear follow-up strategy. Additionally, the school was overly reliant on organic traffic, which had been impacted by recent search engine algorithm changes and a lack of technical maintenance in their SEO strategy.

The Solution
We launched lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads with precise targeting, creating messages tailored to the user's stage in the decision-making process. We used attractive creatives and videos to build trust and create an immediate connection.
In parallel, we conducted a technical and content SEO audit to identify improvement opportunities. We adjusted titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, among other elements. We also optimized site speed and mobile experience, which is helping to recover search engine rankings and strengthen organic traffic.
