Olivolea

Olivolea is a Spanish natural dermocosmetic brand that bases its formulas on the regenerative power of organic extra virgin olive oil. From our agency, we carried out a complete redesign of their online store, migrating the site from WordPress to Shopify with the goal of improving performance, conversion, and user experience. The result was a solid, visually polished platform optimized to scale the brand’s eCommerce channel.

We are in charge of the comprehensive management of Olivolea’s account on Amazon Seller Centralwith the goal of positioning their products competitively within the marketplace and opening an additional sales channel that would complement, rather than compete with, their online store. We optimized product listings by applying Amazon-specific SEO techniques, improved titles, descriptions, and bullet points, and created images adapted to the platform's standards. We also managed the catalog, stock, variations, and logistics setup to ensure efficient operations.

In addition, we developed strategic promotional campaigns (such as coupons, flash deals, or exclusive discounts) and continuously tracked performance through customized reports. We monitored reviews, resolved customer issues, and implemented ongoing improvements to boost visibility and conversion. This active management has allowed Amazon to become a profitable channel aligned with the brand’s overall strategy, without sacrificing control over positioning or service quality.
