BINOCULAR ROOM
Working with Binocular Room has been one of those projects where AI stops being something everyone talks about and feels they have to try, and becomes a genuinely useful tool in day-to-day work.
They brought us a very clear concern: they did not want to settle for superficial use of AI. They needed to understand how to integrate it into the way they really work while making sure they did not lose their creative judgement or style.
Where we started
Training and activation
of applied AI
Before discussing tools or solutions, the first thing we did was pause and understand how they worked: what kinds of projects they manage, how they structure briefs, where they lose the most time and which parts of the creative process could be optimised without sacrificing quality.
From there, we designed training with a strong practical focus. No unnecessary theory that you do not know how to apply afterwards.
We worked with them on how to apply AI to their real day-to-day tasks:
- Generating and implementing ideas
- Brief analysis
- Research and benchmarking
- Organising information and presentations
The key was not simply to “use AI”, but to make its use meaningful and genuinely useful.

The next step: bringing it into their world
Once the team understood how to get value from it, we took another step: creating something that would genuinely add value to their operations.
This is where the development of a dedicated AI agent for one of their most prominent clients, Cervezas Alhambra, comes in.
This agent is not a generic chatbot. It is built on their own knowledge: materials, campaigns, brand tone, history… everything that is already part of their work.
What do they use it for?
- Analysing briefs differently
- Recovering and incorporating learnings from previous campaigns
- Structuring brainstorms (with order without losing that creative spark)
- Refining concepts from a more strategic perspective
- Writing content that breathes their brand
- Having a quick view of potential competitors
And something important...
We adapted the prompts so that the answers would not sound too much like AI. We wanted them to flow at the agency’s creative level, not look like they came from an external tool.
What has really changed?
Beyond the technology, we believe it is much more important to look at how it has affected their current workflows.
After this training, the team:
- Spends less time on repetitive tasks
- Structures information more effectively
- Reaches more developed proposals sooner
- And has greater control over the analysis and coherence of each project
In addition, AI is no longer used only to help, but as part of the creative and strategic process.
And with the Cervezas Alhambra agent, they have gained something fundamental: speed without sacrificing quality.
